This app is crap and they have gotten greedy. This was the first app on my phone and I used to love it. After the latest update, I have deleted it. What a mess.

Love this app. Totally worth having.

Newest update just has minor set changes. The update was probably just to get rid of all the 1 star reviews. Its all still Pay Pay Pay lots. Make unlimited blocks free and maybe that will attract more to it. Also, where are all he single guys. This app is for the already hooked up looking. --- The new update seems better organized whilst losing some features. It resembles certain other sites but still pay, pay lots and more pay just to read the convo you just had. Pretty much most, if not all features, are pay pay pay. Makes it very limiting to use which limits the number of people using it. More descriptive options are a nice addition but dont go far enough. Where are otters, foxes and other wildlife. Also separating out the most woof (all the hot guys) from your not so woofed crowd seems a bit off. The cute guys that are not so narcissistic are going to get put off from all the addition woofing. The not so woofed or not woofed at all, will get possible more ignored now. Hoping Im wrong on the latter. There are so many other apps out there competing for this audience. You basically help them with this update. ------------- Old review: The only one that wont let you see the full chat you just had with someone without paying for it. Thumbs down to that. That should be fundamental to the app. At its beginning this app was better. Now its pay for everything. Just to see the same tired old faces over and over again. (Some of you really need to update your profiles.) The app does nothing to attract new people to it. Even the crappy Grindr app gets new faces in it all the time. Therefore what would be the point of paying for this. -The section of I am and Im into options should be expanded and reworded. Jock is usually a description of a bully. Athletic would be a better and more attractive term. "Friendship" come on? Really? -The insight section is mostly useless stats. If the majority fall within a certain group then the stats will be biased in that direction.

Much better app and community then Grindr.

This is far and away the best app of its kind, and Ive tried many over the years. Better options to share photos and videos, easier and more reliable chats, lots of options for searching and building your profile, fewer crashes and downtime...and the list goes on. Yes, its a hookup/meeting/chat app and you rely on the info posted by other users...duh! Not sure why reviewers feel a need to point that out. Ive met plenty of liars, cheats, and flakes in the real world, so dont be naive enough to think itll be different on an app. Scruff cant control that unless they are doing something egregious enough to report, but they provide the best option for finding guys in your area and around the world from the convenience of your phone. And the hide and block options work very well for those aforementioned seedy characters.

More and more paywall by the day.

By far the best gay dating application, from the user interface to tools like private albums/woofs. Also, in my personal opinion, the guys are nicer and more genuine than those on Grindr and Tinder
